Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of linkt.li (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

1. The Service and the company

The Service is operated by RACKSET LLC, a free-zone company registered in Sharjah Media City Free Zone (SHAMS), United Arab Emirates, license number 2535288.01. References to “we,” “us,” or “our” mean RACKSET LLC.

linkt.li is a hosted bio-page and lead-capture builder. You can publish a public profile page at linkt.li/<your-username>, add blocks (links, lead forms, video embeds, and so on), and collect submissions from visitors.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 16 to create an account.
• You must give accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
• You're responsible for everything that happens under your account, including keeping your password secure.
• One account per person. Don't share login credentials.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Publish or distribute illegal content, malware, phishing pages, or content that infringes others' rights.
• Send unsolicited bulk email (spam) using leads collected through the Service.
• Impersonate someone else, or claim a username in bad faith (e.g., trademark squatting).
• Probe, scan, or attack the Service's security or scrape it at scale.
• Resell, white-label, or sublicense the Service to third parties without our written agreement.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules. We may also remove content that's clearly illegal or harmful, with or without notice.

4. Lead data and content ownership

Your content stays yours. You retain all rights to your profile content, your blocks, and the leads submitted to forms on your page. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, display, transmit, and process that content solely so we can provide the Service to you.

You're solely responsible for complying with applicable laws when you collect and process lead data — including data-protection laws (e.g., GDPR if you have EU visitors) and anti-spam laws (e.g., CAN-SPAM, PECR). We're a data processor on your behalf for lead submissions; you are the data controller.

5. Plans, billing, and refunds

5.1 Plans

• Free: public profile page, unlimited link blocks, basic analytics, branded footer.
• Pro — $9/month: everything in Free plus lead-capture blocks, lead inbox, email notifications, CSV export, and our branding removed.
• Pro+ — $29/month (coming soon): Pro features plus verified leads, custom domain, advanced analytics, and priority support.

5.2 Payment

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. Prices are quoted in US dollars. You authorize us (through Stripe) to charge your saved payment method on the same day each month until you cancel.

5.3 Cancellation

You can cancel a paid plan at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you keep paid-tier access until then. We don't issue prorated refunds for partial months unless required by law.

5.4 Failed payments

If a payment fails, we'll attempt to recharge for several days and email you. If we still can't charge after that, we'll downgrade your account to Free until payment is sorted out.

5.5 Price changes

We may change prices, but if we do we'll give existing paid subscribers at least 30 days' notice by email and the new price will only apply to billing cycles after that notice period.

6. Service availability

We aim to keep the Service available 24/7 but don't guarantee uptime. We may schedule maintenance, deploy updates, or experience outages. Free-tier accounts have no SLA. If we offer SLAs for higher tiers in the future, those will be in a separate document.

7. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from the dashboard. Upon deletion, your public page stops being served, your blocks are removed, and your leads are erased after 30 days (the buffer is for backup-restore purposes).

We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, fail to pay, or pose a legal or security risk. Where reasonable, we'll give you notice and a chance to fix the issue.

8. Intellectual property

The Service itself — code, design, branding, documentation — is owned by RACKSET LLC. Nothing in these Terms grants you rights to our trademarks or code beyond using the Service as intended.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties — express or implied — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure against every threat.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RACKSET LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim under these Terms is capped at the greater of (a) USD 100, or (b) the fees you paid us in the 12 months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify RACKSET LLC against any third-party claims arising from (a) your content, (b) your use of leads collected through the Service, or (c) your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in Sharjah Media City Free Zone (SHAMS). Disputes will be submitted to the competent courts in the Emirate of Sharjah, except where mandatory consumer law in your jurisdiction grants you a different forum.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If a change is material, we'll update the “Last updated” date above and, where you have an account, give you at least 14 days' notice by email before the change takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after that date means you accept the updated Terms.
